I have never believed that purpose has to fit neatly inside one title.
I have been called to preach, but I am also called to build. I am called to teach, but I am also called to develop leaders. I am called to encourage people, but I am also called to create systems, organizations, resources, and opportunities that help people move forward.
I care deeply about families. I believe in developing the next generation. I believe leaders should continue growing. I believe organizations should serve people with excellence. I believe faith should change the way we live. I believe healing is possible even after life has hurt deeply.
And I believe that what God places inside of us should ultimately become something that blesses somebody beyond us.
My Story Is a Story of Building

Faith Is My Foundation
Before the businesses, books, trainings, programs, conferences, and titles, there is faith.
My relationship with God shapes the way I understand leadership, service, purpose, people, healing, stewardship, and impact.
I believe transformation requires more than a powerful moment. It requires a renewed mind and a changed life.
